• Such data may be stored, processed, transformed, or used to create derivative datasets and train AI models.
• These processes will strictly follow privacy requirements, meaning your identifiable personal information will not be publicly shared or published in a manner that reveals your personal identity. User Content may be used in an anonymized or aggregated form for these purposes.
• The Aixr Dataset Creator platform provides you with the ability to download your User Content. You are solely responsible for creating and maintaining backup copies of all your User Content and for ensuring its security and integrity outside of the Service. Meforgers will not be liable for any loss, corruption, or unavailability of your User Content, regardless of the cause (including system failures, software bugs, or user error), as the primary responsibility for data backup and management rests with the user.
• Your continued use of the platform constitutes explicit consent for this data usage and acknowledgment of your data responsibility.
